Where are you located?
We are located at 444 Queen Street West in Toronto, Ontario Canada.

What countries do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship to Canada and the United States. If you would like to ship to an area outside those regions, please contact us.

How long will shipping take?
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your order. Once your order has shipped, it should arrive within 3-5 business days in Canada, or 7-14 business days in the United States.

Which postal service do you use?
For all online orders, we use Canada Post.

How are your materials measured and cut?
We measure all our materials by the yard. 1 yard = 36 inches. If you need help converting meters to yards, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. Our material is always cut in one continuous piece. If you require you material to be cut into separate pieces, please leave a comment in the notes section during checkout.

I'm looking for a specific product. How do I know if you carry it?

Can I get a sample?
As the images displayed on our online store may not be the actual representation of its quality, you can ask for a sample to be sent to you if you prefer to see the fabric in its true form. Our samples are 1/8 yards in length (4.5 inches) and cost 1/8 of the regular price of your chosen material. For example: If you would like a sample of our Silk Satin ($48.00 per yard), you will be charged $6.00+ tax. Shipping charges may apply. Please submit a custom order form if you would like to order samples.

I want to order a large quantity (10+ yards), but I'm not given an option on the product page. How can I make my order?
If you would like to make an order of 10+ yards for a specific product, please 
submit a custom order form, or email us at orders@shopqueentextiles.com.

What are "two-tone" fabrics?
Two-tone fabrics are very unique! Two different coloured threads (one in the weft, going horizontally/one in the warp, going vertically) are used to create a colour. This means in certain angles, the fabric will appear a different colour. For example, the fabric will look blue at one angle, and fuchsia at another. Some people might also refer to this as an undertone. If you are having trouble with understand our two-tone fabrics, please don't hesitate to contact us! We would love to help.

What is your return policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once an order has been processed and the material has been cut, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. If you are unsure about a fabric, we suggest ordering a sample.

If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 30 minutes of making your order. 

If there is an issue with your order after receiving it, please contact us as soon as possible.
